Residents will be inspired to explore "hands on" housing responsibilities whereby accountability will be the leading initiave. Each at their own pace, will enjoy the peace of mind housing they deserve.

Over time residents will integrate into society and feel the hand up as opposed to the hand out- which is a “temporary bandage” .They will learn to gain their lives and dignity back; thus setting the stage for positive future leadership roles.

The Serenity House of Peel is geared towards assisting women with children and individuals who are seeking to gain their lives back and continue onward by helping others who help others- a positive infinity

• Tastefully furnished, The Serenity House of Peel is equipped with accessibility to connecting with the services of the Region of Peel.
• Residents will enjoy a serene lifestyle where it is clean, safe and accessible to main transport routes, schools and shopping.
• Supported by local community members The Serenity House of Peel is so unique and has a positive and tangible impact here in the Region of Peel.
• The said House will bear a homely environment will have a principle resident residing in house; as would a regular home owner, a grandmother an aunt or uncle, which will eliminate any misinterpretations of it being a rooming house. It is a family home whereby residents will learn to enjoy a serene lifestyle and be given the opportunity for a second chance.

There will be a maximum of one person per room; totaling 5 residents at a time (women with children and special scenarios are case by case)

For those who require assistance with the rental amount there will be options available to them. The purpose of the assistance is for the prospective resident to understand the value of the home and to encourage the positive snowball effect of sharing and caring.
