Develop clear specifications on the type of rental you want. This includes: type of rental: room for rent/shared accomodations, basement apartment, apartment, condo, town home, semi-detached, detached, units price range, neighborhood, accessibility, distance to work, schools, etc. Knowing what you want will put you one step closer to finding the rental of your dreams!
