This includes: type of rental: room for rent/shared accomodations,basement apartment, apartment, condo, town home, semi-detached, detached, units price range, neighborhood, accessibility, distance to work, schools, etc. Knowing what you want will put you one step closer to finding the rental of your dreams!
3. Your Realtor TEAM helps you with the price range
The best way to find out your price range is to speak with your Realtor and access your budget plan. When doing this it will enable your Realtor to seek the best suitable property that matches your budget and needs. An organized Realtor will have you speak with their mortgage specialist which you can choose from, so that you can set longer term goals for future home purchasing.
4. Find your Dream Rental!

5. SUBMITT the following completed forms to begin the process:
Identification FORM along with one piece of ID for all parties to reside in the premises
Verification of income source (last three stubs along with letter) OW, ODSP, EI, Insurance, Child tax credits, employment, commission statements
